Twickets are all done for the season, but Fast Lane passes will continue to be sold except during buyouts.

course they can...y would they make it any different? that would be just plain stupid to do that, and they'd lose alot of money cause some people, who knows y, get season passes to have for fright fest. that's when people go the most. it's because of the scenery and great fun. so it would be dumb and a loss to sfgam to do that kind of thing.
They should allow the Twicket program for Fright Fest. Having people come back the next day (Saturday or Sunday) would bring in more revenue for purchases within the park.
