janfrederick's avatar Thanks for the alert. From the trailer, it looks like we might be able to see the Yeti learning how to be fearsome. Cool!

The Travel Channel show on tonight was really interesting. Did anyone else watch it? It airs again at 10 pm Central time if anyone happens to read this and missed it earlier tonight. Part two is on the Science Channel tomorrow and Discovery on Wednesday for US viewers. It's amazing the lengths Disney will go to for their latest attractions.

I saw it! What I thought was amazing is that the Disney Imagineer actually travelled to Nepal numerous times to learn about the Yeti and the surrounding area. All the art and architecture of the surrounding area mimic the himalayas perfectly. The coaster itself looks "eh" by today's standards. But the theming is the best I have seen.

I watched last night and thought the show was great. Not the typical show you see about theme parks. Cant wiat for the show tonight.

As a note to all they are showing four different shows on four different channels. Last nights and tonight concerns the ride and the other two is more about Everest and the yetti.

I miss Drachen Fire
