Food Network : Food Network Challenge :: MTV : Real World

Should be impressive. $10,000 to win
It's amazing the things culinary artists can do these days.

So if you eat the finished product, does it count as a credit? :)

I'm not sure how you came up with that comparison. It might be a better comparison if you were talking about "The Next Food Network Star" or Biggest Loser (I realize BL is not on FN). The people on this show are in one challange and done. They're not living together. There are a few people who have had the opportunity to compete more than once.

Besides, the only 2 "reality" style TV shows I can stand, where people are living together and competing like that, are Hell's Kitchen and Food Network Star. :-D

Very funny! I laughed out loud and my co-workers wanted to know what was so funny...

Well, that sounded a lot cooler on paper than it actually was.

Well, even though I started the thread, I completely forgot about it. :)

It will be on again Wednesday at 7pm for anyone who still wants to watch it despite Gonch's review. ;)

Was the program full of totally-informative commentaries?

We watched it last night, but then again my daughter loves all of the food network challenge shows. I didn't think that any of them got the feel of a coaster. There was some nice B-roll of Hershey Park though.
