TTD- As seen on Slashdot

There was an article about TTD's computers linked from a post on Slashdot which is quite interesting.

And they call Superman: The Escape a coaster.

Thanks for posting the article. It's amazing that on his first time, while being launched he said "this isn't too bad"

Beat me to posting it by 15 minutes! :) First time I've had to delete a topic.

I learned a bit about the electrical system, but otherwise it was mostly old news. Explained a bit of the frequent 'shut downs'.

Does this mean I've offically owned up to being an emgee by admitting to reading coasterbuzz AND slashdot? ;)

I wasn't debating anything either way. I was merely pointing out that they called S:TE a coaster.

I refuse to debate it in public, but enjoy watching other people look like 'tardsters doing so. ;)

Any /. thread devolves to an uninformed argument by at least page two, if not sooner. I gave up on reading the discussions eons ago. It's a good "geek chic" thermometer, though.
