Nick,
I don't think we will be seeing any cameras being allowed on the ride for media day. Usually, cameras aren't allowed to be carried on a ride during media day (depending on the park), but rigid mounted cams usually are installed and tapes are switched in and out for each news station.
However, I believe it is very possible that due to the nature of the actual ride (whatever that may be), footage of the actual ride room won't be shown. Nothing official mind you, but just an idea.

do we have a coasterbuzzer going?
Since the invitations haven't been sent out and I suppose that no one knows the date scheduled for Media Day yet, we may not know this as a definite for a week or two. I also think Shaggy said that they may limit the number of those they're inviting this year, because of security reasons or something like that. Maybe not. :)
I think Jeff usually goes, then sometimes they invite a couple members from ACE to go that may be members here as well, and I might be going. There's probably a few others too I don't know of.
Usually, the taking of pictures on any ride at Paramount`s Kings Island, or any other Paramount Park is strictly forbidden for safety purposes. So don`t expect to take a camera on board with you on TR:TR.
Also, Sean F, had said a while back, that because of the secretive nature of this ride, invites to media day would be limited to a select few. Also, since this is not a roller coaster, there may be very few ACE members invited.
