Trouble downloading parks

Whenever I try downloading a rct park, it says cannot open file .zip. What is wrong and how can it be fixed! thanks!

You need to get a file extractor - like Winzip. RCT won't play anything but RCT files, so that could be your problem. Hopefully I helped.
