Trip Planning

At the first Meeting of the FTPLA (Brand new club at UCF-Future Theme Park Leaders Association)-I was named co-Travel Coordinator (yay me!) I was just wondering some sites that I could use to find good deals on travel and accomodations such as hotels, park rates (group of 12-20). Also do you know if Parks would give special group rates and/or tours for a group such as this? I wanted to ask here first before I write out a professional business letter/email.
If you are going with a large group like that I suggest you call the hotels themselves because local managers have the right to give group rates thats where your best deal is going to be there.

As for parks they too have group rates however, they arent so great for smaller groups like you so I think your best bet might be to plan your trips so you go to mostly parks of the same chain and buy a lot of "family" season passes.

2022 Trips: WDW, Sea World San Diego & Orlando, CP, KI, BGW, Bay Beach, Canobie Lake, Universal Orlando

Season passes are good. Especially Six Flags as there are tons of those and they are cheap.

As for sites, I use hotwire and priceline more than any of the others and always feel like I get a good deal.

I really don't think you are going to get any tours or anything but I could be wrong.
