The only time I rode was it's opening year,1994. Which probably explains the bad rides. I wasn't impressed, so I never returned. This was the first (and last) time I experianced "anticipointment"

My last laps on Desparado were Thanksgiving weekend '03, and I got bruises on my thighs from the lapbars. I got airtime, and it hurt! I was suprised having ridden several years before and not experiencing the same thing I wasn't expecting it.

I wish we had newer coaster shows but I don't think there is enough new out there to constitute the networks purchasing them. Repeating will probably work well for another year or so.

They should do a coasters of Ohio & PA show...that would be cool, and IMHO they're definitely more deserving than the CA coasters...
