What coasters did they have then?

DOWN WITH TRIM BRAKES!
racer, ghostercoaster i think pki & pkd had the same coasters when they first opened
They had the Racer, the Scooby Doo (now called the Beastie) and the Bavarian Beetle (a wild mouse ride that has been gone for many years)
Those pictures are amazing! It truly does show how much has changed at PKI! ..and wow, look at those Racers! The colors are red, white, and blue. I never knew The Racer had those colors. But then again it shows what Paramount has done to such a great park... but of course don't get me wrong PKI still a very good park, but has seen much better days! Anyway is there any pictures of the Bavarian Beetle on any one those three pages?

Ah, Kings Island. It seems as though there is a huge group that hates the park, and a huge group that just lives for it. I grew up at the place, and I still think it is as good as any other corporate park, including CP. Long may she live....hail PKI!
Ah.....memories! Yes newkies...you are correct. Boy do I miss the Enchanted Voyage ride! Long live the Banana Splits!

If you want to see some "live" footage from PKI in 1972, them check out the BRADY BUNCH in "the CIncinatti Kids".

They get into all sorts of zaney adventures when the Brady family flys out to Kings Island for a mini vacation, where their fathers architecture firm presents stetches to the park. It all hits the fan when the sketches end up missing..

How are the Brady Kids going to get out of this mess? Will the father lose his job? Why does Alice not make her special meat loaf? Where is Tiger?

Well, you will just have to watch for yourself.

Is that why Paramount bought the parks? Because of the Brady Bunch?

It's a typo, and if you don't know what he's talking about, you're just too young to remember the story of a lovely lady and a man named Brady.

Arrow guy, Whatch the reruns on Nick at nite ive seen it on there 3 times in the past year.
If you read the book GROWING UP BRADY by Barry Williams (it might have been in the TV Movie too, but i didnt see it) ...the last shot with the Bradys on the big coaster almost caused injuries...Robert Reed (Mr. Brady) insisted on a test run for the mounted camera on the front car. After a few minutes arguing with the producers, who swore that the camera would be fine, they did a test run, and the cars came back with no camera. So we almost lost some Bradys. Still, after some adjustments, everything was a-okay. Not that the cast wasnt feeling REAL edgy about it.
