Transferring the game from e-mail...

For some reason, my parents don't want their credit card number out on the internet, **paranoia...I know** so they won't let me order this game, but I know someone that will order it for me.

I'd pay them back, but what I wanted to know is if it would be possible for them to forward the e-mail to me after they order it and have it still work on my computer...thanks.

Yes, but the registration ID will look a little funny as it will be officially registered to whoever does that for you instead of you.

They do offer other forms of payment for the game such as cash, money order, and check.  You should go to www.shareit.de and find out how those systems work to see if that would be a better solution for you.
