Trains on Backwards

Does anyone know a park that put's their trains on backwards for a period of time?
I think SFMM puts one of their Colossus (sp?) trains and puts them on backwards.

SFOT ran Judge Roy Scream's trains backwards in the early 90s.

I lied.

SFSTL - Screaming Eagle...maybe about '91 or so...it was great!

Actually, Colossus at SFMM puts on the Psyclone trains (on one side only) for its backwards operation during Fright Fest.

The American Eagle (SFGAm) has had one side backwards for two years now, and has been put backwards for shorter periods twice in the past.

I believe one side of the King's Island Racer is more or less permanantly backwards.

This seems to happen a lot to white, wooden racing coasters.

I think he more or less means as a special thing. XLR8 comes to mind right away. I'd like to ride Phoenix or the Beast backwards sometime...

I'm a loser.

I'm pretty sure Great Adventure ran one side of Rolling Thunder backwards for a bit sometime in the 80's. Not sure which would be scarier - not seeing where you're going or seeing the condition of the track in front of you!

I've never cared for riding coasters backwards and am one of the few who has never ridden a boomerang (although I have ridden an Arrow shuttle loop).

SFOG ran the Scream Machine backwards a long time ago I think it was for it's 10th birthday.

When the Comet at Great Escape was at Crystal Beach Half the train faced forward and the other half ran backwards. SDC does the same thing with Thunderation.

I could've sworn I heard about Shockwave, GASM, or Vortex (PKI) running backwards for its like 10th or 20th anniversary.

The Racer at pki has a forwards and backwards train (its a racing coaster so one side backwards one side forwards).

s00per. I havnt heard anything of vortex going backwards. I do think for halloween night or just regualr fearfest pki should turn some sob car's and the beast car's around though. :)

My life is spent in between metal railing, where I stand for hours just to sit down for 3 minutes then to get up and do it allover again.

The racing Coasters, Thunder Road at Carowinds, and Rebel Yell at Kings Dominion, both have one side turned backwards perminantly. (or until Paramount decides that is not the "in" thing to do) Like said above, the Racer at Kings Island also has a backwards side.

The Arrow Mine Train, "ThuNderaTion" at Silver Dollar City(Missouri) has backwards seats on one of the trains, making it possible to ride fowards or backwards on the same track.

Great American Scream Machine at SFOG, also ran backwards for it's 20th birthday in 1993 and 1994.

When SFStL, or SFOMA as it was back then, ran Screamin' Eagles trains backwards I was in heaven. I believe that they did it for Halloween one year and then decided to do it for the entire upcoming season. It was in the early 90's. I might be wrong on this, but it was great.

I personally love riding backwards on airtime woodies like the Racer at PKI, but I'm not a big fan of Boomerangs while going backwards. Funny that I don't mind it on Invertigos, but the only one I've ridden is still rather smooth and I think that has a lot to do with it.

Actually, the trains have cars that face forwards and backwards. Every other car faces backwards on each of the two trains.
