Trainers...help!

I've read so many good things about trainers and I'm pretty sure I want to download one. The problem is this; when I downloaded a trainer for RCT1, I lost ALL of my saved games. Not sure why, or how...but they were all gone. After that, I'm very hesitant to download one for RCT2 as I have several saved games that I've put a lot of work into.

If I do download a trainer, where do I save it to? Thanks in advance.

I would back up all of your parks, put them in another folder or better yet a floppy or CD. That way you know where they are and how you can get them back. I have never lost any parks, but sometimes I have noticed that a trainer will corrupt your park data, make you unable to open it. I just tried the Son of Beast trainer (check my thread), and it seemed to work flawlessly.

speaking of trainers screwing up..............I have the SOB trainer and it worked for about a week but I went back to play RCT2 and it wouldn't load my game. For some reason my trainer won't work now.If I try SOB, my computer just freezes.

Hmm...maybe it doesn't sound too good. What to do, what to do....

well its a gamble either way. It might be a good idea to only use the trainers on new parks, that way you wont screw up the ones you put alot of time into? I dont know, you take a chace either way. Back up your old stuff into another folder, thats a good plan....
