set of trademark applications recently filed by the Walt Disney Company and Lucasfilm reveal the lineup of Star Wars-themed beers, wines and cider that will be on tap at the intimate spaceport tavern when Galaxy’s Edge debuts at the Anaheim theme park.

It wasn't all that long ago that the most exotic beer you could find near a theme park was a Guinness.
And CF has been doing craft beers for all the new major coasters at parks. I haven’t had the one for Copperhead Strike yet, but I had two glasses of the Yukon Striker Peach Cider at CW Sunday and it was pretty good.
The themed beers at Cedar Point have all been pretty good too, they are just a little hard to find at times.
It's not new territory for Disney. See: All of Food & Wine at Epcot. Also, new favorite spots: Nomad Lounge at AK and BaseLine Tap House at DHS.
But think of the children
I am. And how toasted I’ll have to be to be around them in Star Wars Land.
When I read that headline, I picture Mel Brooks in Spaceballs:
"Merchandising. Merchandising. Where the real money from the movie is made."
