what do you think is the hardest track to make for a coaster? also, how long does it take to make it?

I'm going to say that Intamin's box/triangle-type track would be the most difficult to make because of the numerous welds. I can't really say though how long it would take as I don't know how long a tubular or box-type track takes to assemble. All I know is it would most likely take longer.
