Track Management

I have a track file and I don't know what it is. Without checking every type of coaster for that file, is there a way to figure out what it is?

RCT2 has a track manager... You can easily sort through and dispose of un-needed tracks.

:)

Same place as the scenario editor on the menu.

I know that. How do I figure out what type of track a given file is? (without looking through every type of coaster). Why do I feel like I'm repeating myself? Oh right, because you didn't answer my question.

You can figure what type of track a given file is by looking through every type of coaster. Oh, wait, you didn't want to do that.

As far as I know that's the only option.

Do you have any clue as to which general type of track it was? Wood? Intamin? B&M? You can then narrow your search by using the editor and loading certain coaster types into the designer...

Sorry Apollo, but thats the only way to do it, is look. I'd start out with most popular coaster types first before I started looking at seldom used ones.

Now that our "Nutty Buddy" is back, I guess I'll have to change this...
Go to www.tycoonplanet.com and Download the RCT2 Explorer or something like that
