TR:6/27,Humorous Day at Sfgadv

Associated parks:
None

I dragged a friend of mine out to the park today in hopes that it would be a light crowd being a wednesday and all well,my stupid luck!! There were tons of summer camp and military camp kids at the park today. It was a sweltering 93 degrees outside but, thank god for them bucket sprinklers they have around the park for us to stand under.

I used the season pass entrance and hit Rolling Thunder first.Same as it has been, the left track was a decent ride.I then ventured over to Medusa but,on my way i did notice they are in fact welding new track onto Viper so,i don't think it's coming down any time soon.

Medusa(2 times,1 front seat, 1 back seat) was excellent as always and for the first time i must have stretched my legs out to the furthest extent because, i actually touched the seat in front of me with my toes going through an inversion,it caught me off guard a bit. My friend was broken of her single loop virginity(the only looper she ever rode had only one loop) and all I could think to myself the whole ride was, if i ever brought her back i'd have to get some ear plugs, lol.

Noticing the park was busier then i had expected we skipped everything else and went straight for Nitro.Nitro was awesome as usual and,i even had an oppertunity to try and catch some quarters as they came flying back at me going up the camelback before the hammerhead element.Nothing like seeing money come flying at you!

Batman The ride was down and i wasn't in the mood just yet to wait for the chiller so,i decided we would cool off and hit Skull Mountain.I haven't ridden this since the year after it opened so,i forgot how fun this coaster actually was.I am thinking this is good if you don't ride it so often that you know what to expect.

We breaked for lunch and the funniest thing happened.A girl was serving people at a food stand when she must have gotten the customers angry because the next thing i knew, there was a fry flinging war going on!! The girls outside the little service window started throwing their fries at the cashier.Good thing i didn't have my son with me because boy was there some cursing going on,lol.

After lunch we hit the chiller and all i can say is ouch!My head was bounced around like a basketball. The wait was about 45 minutes but,the fact that there is AC once you get inside the station building left me no desire to complain.

We then headed out for Gasm and that was another Ouch but,not as bad as i remember it from last year.I think i got banged up the worst upon entering them nasty trim brakes. We skipped Batman The ride when we saw it opened back up,The line was out to the outdoor Queue section and,it was just to hot and i was wiped out from the heat to stand in another line.

I did do two log flumes today, the sawmill logflume which left no relief and the riptide rush which drenched me to the point i had very soggy shoes.I just don't understand these people that can walk around in long pants and, these women who wear them full head scarves and long dresses. They were making me sweat ten times as bad!It is also beyond me how they can go on a water ride in full body clothing but,oh well,to each his own, lol. All in all,a decent day.I just wish it wasn't so hot out so i could have lasted a little longer because, the lines were really not as bad as they are on the weekends.

LoL! I wish that would @ our school.Good TR.
By the way, I forgot to mention in my trip report, but that "Season Pass Entrance" will accept ANY Six Flags season pass, not just SFGAdv ones. We went in through that gate, and had no problems.

Nice trip report... If you could be so kind next time you post a trip report, could you add some line breaks? It makes it a lot more readable.

Yes, I agree that a space between periods is most needed in your trip report.
