ZOAMMMMmmm.....

Today was one of those fun, yet unfortunate days :( Shawna and I arrived at 6:30am (by the way, did you get your alarm clock fixed yet Sean ;) ) and no one was there. Soon people arrived (who came in the the wrong gate). PKI fed us breakfast and we got to talk to each other for QUITE some time today. Some how PKI wasn't able to get the ride up and running by 5 for the camera crew to do their work on the ride, so the camera crew wasn't pleased but did their best today. The crew didn't get to do their magic with the ride untill 10 or so. We didn't get to ride untill somewhere around 11:30. This was one of those days where things happen beyond anyone's control and we just had to wait a lonnnggggggggggg time. We ended up getting 2 GREAT rides, with the second one being the best by far!
During all the waiting we got to sit and view all the chambers for a LONG time. We waited in the third chamber the longest. I can tell you EVERYONE has that ZOAMMmmm song ZOAMMmmm memorized ZOAMmmm now...ZOAMmmmm...(ahhh the nighmares we will have).
We got to go into the park afterwards. Unfortunately it was PACKED with kids and pouring down rain....oh and did I mention STONE cold? It wouldn't have been so bad, but all the kids were stuck there since they couldn't drive. So you have a sunny day crowd there with a dreary day atmosphere. I can't really complain about weather, math and science day, and crowds though. PKI did let us roam the park for free, and gave us all tickets!!! Hey, with tickets we can always come back on a sunny day!!! Thanks again PKI and Sean for the great work this week!!

I also have those "Zoooooom" chants in my head still also.
I would like to thank everyone for being so patient. That was the longest delay of the whole three days but in a way, it was kind of fun. I talked with a LOT of people and Jeffrey Siebert amuzed us all with his outrageous antics as usual.
Ahhhhh. Time for a day of rest.
