TR: Six Flags Over Texas June 29th (From outsiders

I was also looking for rides that were unique to parks that I wouldn't be able to ride this summer. Titan was one, Texas Giant another... Batman is something I can ride at almost any SF amusement park. The only mistake I made was Mr. Freeze and I looked at that coaster long and hard before I decided to ride it and I don't know if I could stomach it that day or not.
Well, you don't exactly find a kick-ass double looping Schwarzkopf coaster at every park.

Bugs or bed springs?

Yeah, well, I admit I made a mistake on Shockwave. Geezzz...
Yes... you did make a mistake. ;)

Haha. Texas Giant's crew good. Only one of the worst in the park :-D

But really, If you thought the Giant crew was good you should have seen Runaway Mountain, Mr. Freeze, or Batman's crews. Or even my crew at the Chaparral Cars, but ya know..you can't really judge how good an antique car crew is I guess ;)

I guess what you are saying is all of the crews are bad? The day I was at the park, they were loading the trains and sending up the lift hill before the other train was returning to the station. I only wait 1 maybe two trains because the line was short. I think that is pretty good.

Even with slow ops and stacking, the Giant still has a short line. I remember when the Giant was all anyone ever talked about. My how times have changed...

I must agree, though, that the Giant crew is usually good. Most of the time, they move the trains pretty fast. And one time when I was waiting in line, the op got everyone in line to sing happy birthday to one of the ride attendants. It was pretty funny because it embarrassed her! ;)

Glad the Giant helped you get over your fears. It did the same for me the first time I rode it, too. :)

It IS as bad as you think, and they ARE out to get you.
