This thing looks like it could be pretty mean in the back seat. Look at the lift apex, imagine that back seat! Looks like it could be a nice little porta-ride, minus the shoulder bars.

I've never been on it, but after looking at the pictures one word comes to mind. Ouch.

Look here.

Is the girl on the right holding her ear? I bet she is.

Trust me on this. It's hideous.

It looks kind of like this one at Celebration City.

You ride, I'll watch.

I was in Motherwell for a week, but didn't know the park was there until towards the end. Never got a chance to go, but I saw it from the road on the way to Blackpool.

Oh, no, jive2. Those Hurricane / Windstorm rides aren't bad. Really.

kpjb - that's a fine example of "ignorance is bliss!" :)

M&D's is just over ten miles from where I live and I wouldn't ride Tornado if you paid me to. You can literally hear riders scream in pain towards the end of the ride!

I'd much rather be thrown around the last car of the day on Wild Mouse at Blackpool Pleasure Beach... Oh wait, I did that on Tuesday ;)

I rode the one like the ride at Celebration City at old town in Orlando. I liked it. I don't recall that it was rough.

These hurt - I went on a single-looped version at Margate's Dreamland during one of it's last years of operation. Genuine fear for your own life too - if it's windy the top of the lift hill sways noticeably, and you can see the tracks stressing under the force at the bottom of the first drop as you hit it....

LK - last fall while in Orlando I drove to Old Town one evening, it was maybe 30 degrees , and rode that Windstorm for the credit. I liked it too. But, man, that place is weird, isn't it?

Speaking of Celebration City, the ride that I thought was weird was that Miler Jack Rabbit. It was fun, but without a doubt one of the strangest things I'd seen. Steep, sudden drops and harrowing, tight u-turns. But we liked it and went on it a bunch.

The High Milers (CC's Jack Rabbit) are awesome, especially Screamer at Scandia! I love me some Windstorm too.

Yeah. Old Town is like no other place I have ever seen. Don't get me wrong, I had a good time there, but it's like you've stepped into a different universe.

I rode it. ONCE! That's all of the rides that you'll ever want to take on it. A little "false" advertisement, lead me to believe that it was more than what they were promoting.

I picked up a brochure before going, and knowing anything about this park, and it showed a mirrored image of Dragon Khan(Port Aventura), on the front of it. I thoguth WOW! This coaster looks frickin awesome, then I got to the park, and realized that I just got punked.

Oh yeah, I hear you...that mouse is going WAY up in the next balloting, trust me. ;)

Windstorms are generally good fun, but the only Pinfari I ever rode that didn't suck....was the Queen Bee at Botton's (a way-more-than-adequate junior inverted, with 3-across seating). Pinfari + Looping = :(

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
