Tornado at SFFT in 2004

SFZIP

One of the new tornado waterslides will be built at Six Flags Fiesta Texas for 2004, called Tornado.

You can read more about it here http://sanantonio.bizjournals.com/sanantonio/stories/2003/12/08/daily20.html.

It will be the same as the Six Flags New England tornado they got last year, see more about it at www.sfne.com.

It would be nice to see some other SF parks get these cool looking slides in 2004.

Amuesment Today says that SF Inc. has purchased 4 tornado slides for 2004. This is one of the 4, so where will the other 3 go? I hope SFSL is one of the 3 parks to get these in 2004.

Hurricane Harbor in Dallas is getting one and so is Whitewater in Atlanta. Can't remember where the fourth is going.

Ahhhh, so THAT'S the addition to Whitewater that was being "hinted" during SFoG's closing day.....makes sense!

I'd almost put a few ducats on SFEV getting the fourth....the waterpark there WAS the draw, the rides park almost barren in comparison. An extra atrraction would help out immensely...

You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)

Let's hope there's more in store for 04.

How much would 4 of those things cost? SFI has spent $20 million on new stuff for the upcoming season so far.

Whitewater? Huzzah! I am so going after my 3 year absence. Their bodyslides rock!

Although , Bonzai Pipeline is the most painful waterslide I've ever been on.

And now that we have water tree houses at all of the CF:LP waterparks (sorry VF - it's not big enough to be considered a "park") maybe now we can start adding THESE to all of the CF:LP waterparks. I know just the place one could go at OOF (don't you just love that accronym?)
