Hmmmm... let me think.
I can only speak from the parks that I have been too in the past 3 years:
All stations at the following have roofs: Hersheypark, Knoebels, Kennywood (yes, even Thunderbolt!), IOA, Busch Gardens Tampa, Sea World of Florida.
Even the Cyclone at Williamsgrove has a roof over its station (not sure about the new Wildcat).
(can't make any comments on kiddie coasters at the above listed parks)
At Lakemont, Leap-the-Dips and Skyliner have roofs, Mad Mouse does not.
At Old Town (Kissimee Fl) Windstorm does not.
