Topics we can't talk about
It seems like when certain topics come up, the thread is always closed. Things like
What is a Hypercoaster
Is Superman (SFMM) a roller coaster
I know that when a thread asked "What is your favorite hyper for 2001" I said that Phantom's Revenger was not a hyper because what I felt was the definition. After that many people started to post about what they thought. The thread did need to be closed because it was way off topic but so many people posted after. The same thing happens with the whole Superman issue. People may say "We have talked this to death" but to me, if people still like to talk about it then why not open a thread on it?
