Wow... simply awesome! My friend watched part of it and thought they had started testing the coaster, and this was video of it. I am so pumped...

Definately a great movie.

I'm glad to see you got the lights fixed! ;)

This movie definately has a little more "edge" in it than your previous efforts... a little more style & personality, which is great. It's 10 fold better than the animation that's officially Cedar Point's, which is sad.

Anyway, I DO have one major complaint that others should agree with. It's the size of the movie. You only offer 160 x 120. That's a rather small window to view the movie. If you double the size, it looks better, but then becomes pixilated. You usually have a movie twice the size in Quicktime format... why not this time?? A lot of us now have high-speed access... so the even BIGGER question remains. Since this was created in 3D Studio Max... why not make the size of the movie even larger like 640 x 480? The size may be much larger, but then we can at least REALLY appreciate the details that went into the production of this movie...

Bandwidth, my friend... bandwidth. The large versions released with previous animations made it nearly impossible to hit CoasterBuzz. If you follow the link above, and are a club member, you can download the sexy 320x240, 30 fps, 30 MB version. That's not a ploy to get new members, it's a means to control bandwidth usage and not totally saturate the connection. Even with the limitation, I've noticed this morning that the site is not as zippy. Utilization is hovering around 90%, which is really high. That's a credit to how popular and cool Keith's animations are.

Oh.
My.
God.

That amazing video has me now envying Sandusky residents...

Rolla coasta lova, and a DDR maniac

Dawgbyte - you bet I have an original copy at 720x486 full resolution, one of these days I will experiment with putting that sucker on a DVD to see how it looks...

I always strayed away from using music in my animations in order to keep them 100% original work... However, I just love editing to music and decided I needed to spice this one up, and the song just fit in my mind... Most likely I won't be doing this for every animation, maybe just for special ones... who knows! Thanks for the comments!

My God man that was mad! I would try to present that to a park, you did that just for fun?! Or is somebody paying you?! Anyways, absolutely brilliant, I can't believe how far you've come from Millenium Force, which, before I saw some of your recent ones, I thought was the greatest thing online!

Warning: I do not think like the average person. My remarks have plenty of thought behind them. Take it for what it's worth, if you disagree, please, feel free to express it, but don't put me down because of it.

Will the 320x240 be offered once the traffic to the site slows a bit?

Also...what happened with the TTD logo that you can't use it anymore?

Keith, you should sell your vids. I'd love to get the Dragster full res version on DVD. www.vcdhelp.com ;)

Hey Keith, I think you should do these videos for the parks. That way you can make some money doing something you love. You do a very great job.

Guys... he has made these for parks, time and time again. Batman: The Dark Knight, Xcelerator, Talon, The Flying Coaster, Superman Tower of Power, etc. You can't just sell something to someone unless they want to buy it.

He has some official videos, such as Phantom's Revenge, Talon, and most noticeably Batman: Dark Knight. I just can't get pat the fact that CP doesn't contract Keith and his crew to do the official animations!

I'm in awe. The level of detail on this animation is insane! Aside from the normal excellence in animation you added all kinds of intricate details. From the reflection in the wavy lagoon to every individual step on the highest catwalk, you have captured it all! In just 3 years you've gone from great to phenominal...simply awesome. Oh, and the music just adds to the experience.

It's still me, here from the beginning back in 1999. Add 1500+ posts to the number I have in the info section if you care about such things.

Hey, here's an idea. Why don't you compile all your videos on DVD and sell them. I might be interested in buying that.

Another great job.

Im sure if you made the visit to Sandusky Keith and went in that yellow building between the Gemini and Mean Streak and showed them your work they would offer you a job, this is technically CF P&D world headquarters for those who didnt know.
Just one word descibes it... AWESOME !!!! Ican't wait to ride this freakin' thing!!!!! Heck YEAH!!!!!!!!

Any other club members having a really hard time getting the high res video? I'm sure this is due to bandwith, but it has taken me 20 minutes on cable modem to get half of the video. By the way, what I have seen looks great!

That is a phenomenal video. The use of Underworld music was great, especially when it faded back in at the brakes. That video has made the wait to go to CP this summer almost unbearable!

Nobody tosses a dwarf...

I have a suggestion, although you probably won't take it. When you do the really nifty Matrix type view of the tower, when it zooms out I think you should keep the reel speed the same despite the rapid zoom. It would look much better, IMO. Other than that, awesome job!
