Too Late?

Hi all.

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but I haven't been around here much in the past few weeks. Life has been moving pretty fast- between daily stress and dying grandparents, life can get pretty hectic. However, I totally forgot about CoasterMania 06 next Friday at Cedar Point. This year was going to be the year I went, however, I totally forgot I needed a membership to a coaster club. Since March, I was on the fence of buying a membership to CoasterBuzz, but since it wasn't on the top of my list, it got pushed to the very bottom and it wasn't until I saw I CP commerical I remembered.

So, I guess the only question I have is that if I buy a membership to CB tonight or tomorrow (online of course), is there anyway for me to still get a membership card in time for CoasterMania next week?

Jeff might be able to get you a temp card in time for the event if you join CB Club online ASAP. Not positive though, but I seem to remember it happening before.

I'd say to just show up, chances are you will see people you know and as long as they don't have a guest they can let you in. 2000 or so coaster nuts I'm sure there has to be a few that don't have a date! :)

2000? Is it really that many? That would rival the ACE Coaster Con's.

Normal attendance seems to be between 1200 and 1500 in recent years. So... yeah. Getting up there!
