Tomb Raider Questions

Rideman, at Eastcoaster the rep from PKI said that TR was specifically designed so that it would stop in the same exact place and do the same amount of flips every time, no matter the load.

I agree though, they seem to be more into putting on a show rather then a ride, and I think that is the downfall of this attraction.

As long as all the effects are working, I'm happy. It seemed that each ride I took, the effects were less and less dramatic. The pre-ride room wouldn't go pitch black as the movie screen rose - Most of the scenery was visible while loading - Sparks didn't go off - The Shiva was only faintly "angry" - The fog at the end was almost non-existant.

Shaggy mentioned that the effects changed time to time, so I'm hoping that all of them will be working this year. I understand why the rooms may not be as dark as they were in the beginning of last season because of people not being able to see where they are going. I'll be going opening day, so I'll get to see how it changes over the season. Tomb Raider: The Ride is a great ride in my opinion, but the effects make or break it.
