Toledo 11 Showing TTD Live Footage this morning

Toledo 11 is sending one of its reporters on TTD sometime this morning.

If your in the Toledo area it should be on within a couple of hours.

Fear can sometimes be a useful emotion. For instance, let's say you're an astronaught on the moon and you fear that your partner has been turned into Dracula. The next time he goes out for the moon pieces, wham!, you just slam the door behind him and blast off. He might call you on the radio and say he's not Dracula, but you just say: Think again, bat man.

Fox 2 News in the Detroit area just showed some TTD on-ride footage right before the eight o'clock hour. :)

I watched one of my local TV stations (27 First News WKBN), and the reporter had to wait for the storm to pass. That's all I've seen, I don't know if he ever got to ride it or not.

YOUNGSTOWN 2010

Top Thrill Dragster has been operating since 9am. The queues are pretty long as there are about 800 peoples there. The ride has suffered from a small breakdown but is up and running again.

The small breakdown is reported to be that the ride was hit by lightning last night, and it fried a circuit board! Good thing they got it fixed :)

Who cares! It was running, and it was INTENSE! Fast but intense. Nothing can prepare you for the launch, nothing or no one. You have to ride this ride at least once! There is some very nice air in the tophat along with some cool arm choppers on the downward spiral. A great thrillride indeed!
