Tokyo Disneyland releases cause behind Space Mountain accident

The Oriental Land Company, which operates Disneyland Tokyo, announced its findings in the investigation into an accident that caused a Space Mountain vehicle to derail. The problem was attributed to axel assemblies that were not built to specification.
