TOGO Coasters

It seems like TOGO's coasters seem to be painful and are usually not good rides, for example Viper at Great Adventure. It seems that they have had some good ideas in the past, but never developed them. Have they designed anything good besides the Ultra Twist? Also, do they have anything in store for the future>
Actually I believe Viper was the prototype of Togos inline twist coaster. GADV said they'd buy it so Togo sold it to them with little modifications. At least thats what I've heard someone help me out here.

I didn't mind their stand ups but now there out dated with B&M perfecting the multi elements.

I don't know what they have planned if anything.

I thought Manhattan Exspress sucked. It wasnt all that fun.
There is King Cobra at PKI. Is that the right name??

Japan has heaps of TOGO coasters as they're based there. Fujiyama at Fujikyu-Highland is one of the tallest/fastest coasters in the world at 259ft.

I found a site that listed all the TOGO coasters, B&Ms outside USA - Pyrenees, plus more. Can't find it, anyone have the address??

Yeah that's what I thought, Cobra Roll Y2K, but they don't have TOGO! No, I'm sure it was another site which listed all the coasters outside the USA from at least 20 mfrs. It had a section on all the coasters in Japan, about 65 of them.

Viper was alast minute decision to purchase. SFgrAdv nixed a Cyclone project late one season, so togo had a working prototype in Ohio that could be moved in time. Enter Viper......and it is a stinker..

I realize I'm in the minority, but I think Togo's are quite fun. From Viper (insane hang time in the heartlines and a great drop) to both Windjammer tracks (great fun!) to both Paramount stand-ups, these coasters aren't rough in the slightest bit, and the stand-ups have some really awesome floatage in the front! Going over the top of the first hill after the vertical loop on King Cobra gets me giggling everytime! ;)

I wish more people enjoyed Togo's as much as I do...then I'd have someone to talk to. LOL
