First of all, we have to define what a forum troll is.  Jeff is a forum troll, I have no reason, but because it is his forum, he should be one.  So, on to the definitions.  A forum troll should be someone who constantly bombards the forums with stupid topics and posts.  But that's just my opinion.  We should all agree on one first.
