TIP: Taking Photos/Video while on a Coaster

I am not going to call you an idiot either. That would be an understatement anyway.

Why on earth you would even consider taking a camera on a coaster in the first place is beyond me. More than likely your vids or pics aren't going to be any better than the zillions of others our there. People get seriously hurt all the time whether you believe it or not. I just hope to God you don't get knocked in the head by a camera or cell phone like a lot of people have. Then again maybe that would knock some sense into YOU.

Do you want to risk losing your camera? The next time you are at KI, get in line for Diamondback. They have a nice collection of cell phones, Iphones, IPods, and digital cameras in a plastic display just to show how easily it is to lose them. It's quite an eye-opener. I bet most of those items were lost by people like you who have no regard for rules or safety.

I was simply continuing the trend, as you were pointing out the other things you'd done wrong recently.

As for "rooting for the winners" - I'm a Browns fan, so that really is irrelevant.

Sorry, I wanted some cool POV photos like I've seen on countless sites, including, YES, this one. I seriously doubt they're all professional photos too. And you were all right. The video sucked and the 3 photos I took from BBW were kinda blurry.

If my account here gets banned, so be it. I haven't been posting much here lately anyhow because of seeing how the righteous talk to others on here at times - typical flaming on the internet. And for all the righteous people that always obey every rule and law... please. Don't be a hypocrite. Everyone person here breaks them once in a while. It's just because this is everyone's passion that people are pissed.

Until Jeff comes around to clear things up (and probably break out the banhammah) let me just say this site hosts no video that wasn't taken professionally with the park's consent. None whatsoever. As far as photos, those are submitted and I have no idea what Jeff's policy is.

The lesson here is not to be a douchebag. Respect the parks...especially as an enthusiast. There's not a single respected enthusiast site out there that will tolerate discussions on breaking the rules, so if it's so horrible of us to not tolerate it here, you're more than welcome to go elsewhere. Good luck with that.
