Time Warner still loses in Six Flags Over Georgia case

The Georgia Court of Appeals has again upheld a massive punitive damages verdict against the former management of Six Flags Over Georgia. Ten judges on the 12-member court unanimously upheld the $257 million award issued against Time Warner Entertainment Co. Two of the court's members had recused themselves from the case, which was appealed by AOL Time Warner Inc.
