Time-share magnate offers to buy Cypress Gardens then sell to state with lease

Orlando time-share magnate David Siegel has offered to buy Cypress Gardens in a proposal that would allow him to turn around and sell it to the state, then ask the state to give him a 99-year lease to operate the historic theme park.

Because the payments on the land purchase would be more than the payments for a lease.
