By that time, I was starting to develope a headache. We went on twister and that just make it worse. I sat on a bench because I was getting extremly nausious. I threw up on the way to the bathroom and in the bathroom. When that was over, one of the employees took me by golf cart to the health center where I was taken care of by a couple nurses.
My mom and my brother were with me but we got separated from the rest of our group. They had security alerted and had them check back at our car a couple times. When I was feeling better, they gave up complimentary tickects to come back even though we had made good use of the tickets we purchased.
That worked out really good because I didn't get to ride the Hulk or the Ice side of the dragons and anything at USF.
Also, earlier this Spring at SFGAm they opted to close the park early due to crappy weather and low crowds. Everyone, including SP holders got a free admission ticket good anytime through the season.
"Heavily medicated for your safety!"
At SFA a few years ago, I got stuck on the lift hill when the other train was stuck on the brake run. While waiting, a mechanic climbed up to meet us, explain what the problem was and reassure the riders that were nervous. He was very friendly and quite funny. After about 10 minutes they fixed the brake problem and we got our ride although our train also got stuck on the brake run. They manually let us out (immediately) and a Customer Service rep was at the exit to give us all Front-of-the-Line passes for any ride in the park and apologize for the inconvenience. I was just happy I got to ride and thought the passes were unnecessary, but a welcome perk nonetheless.
The only one I have really isn't that great because I really never have trouble at parks but here goes. I was at CP last year and came down with a horrible headache. I was not looking forward to spending wasted money on those little packets of tylenol they sell in the shops so I thought I'd make my way over to the first aid station. I told them what was wrong and they gave me two tylenol just like that. All I had to do was sign a paper and I was on my way. I thought that was pretty cool since they could have easily just said, "sorry, you'll just have to go buy some in the shops".
