TimberHawk rises in Washington

Six Flags Inc. unveiled plans for a new wooden coaster called TimberHawk at Wild Waves/Enchanted Village on Monday. It will be the single biggest addition to the park since the Oklahoma-based company bought the amusement park in late 2000. When complete, TimberHawk will consist of more than 2,600 feet of track, with about 20 crossovers, 12 dramatic drops, six reversals and numerous sharp turns, according to a description released by the park.

Rob, the city? No roller coasters in the city. Sure, give me an e-mail. No I have not talked to Aaron about joining the Wild Ones, but I have checked out the web site. Glad to see that someone is keeping us updated on this new coaster.
I own a 1910 Foursquare style home that I completely restored and installed modern mechanical systems(AC,furnace, ect.)It has 3 bedrooms,2 baths,1600 sq.ft.,and a semi-finished basement. It is located in the Concordia district of Portland,Oregon.I currently rent it for $1100/mo..I would sell it for $190,000.

Lets' save the Vancouver PNE Coaster before its'too late!

I just saw on the Enchanted Village site that the new TimberHawk is called Timber Hawk - Ride Of Prey.

ZeroG - k, yer right, name's not that bad. i just had many conversations with folks about how they'll probably only build wood up here, and then they'll always name it something lumberjacky sounding - cuz they think we're all Cletus. So the hawk part i like, the timber part - alright it's fine who cares as long as I can ride it.

There's a cool evil little hawk face on the ride sign graphics - pretty cool.

Hey - I live in West Seattle!

ZG's mom's place is probably amazing. That view he talked about, probably make your jaw drop. people are always blown away that it's that pretty up here. :) Come visit.
