I really was trying to figure where in the park they would put it. Maybe out by the Bandstand by the Lake? I guess there is plenty of room everywhere, but I couldn't really think of one specific area that would make the most sense.
I was really suprised when I saw the sign for it on the board outside the park- where they usually have the concert schedule. I really am impressed at how much GAdv has cleaned up. The sweepers are taking care of the trash, the bathrooms have been super clean, the music (John Williams!) is very enjoyable, the ride ops were moving quickly, and they even had a new stand in Nitro's queue where there was a man with a sound system playing that *annoying* song from the commercial. But it was neat to see all the guests getting into the music.
Back on track, I think this will be an excellent addition to the park. I really enjoyed it at Worlds of Adventure.
The one thing that bummed me out is that they have the Monkeys behind a fence now. They did have the road around it for people that didn't want to risk damage to their vehicles. I wonder why they changed this.
The monkeys were getting too used to the cars. They knew right where to go to peel off the rubber from your windshield wipers and such. They had become excellent car-destroyers whether you had a vinyl roof or not. I think it was a good idea for GAdv to put them behind the fence.

Just watch out for the spray, and I'm not talking about water!
I think what you saw in the Safari was just the white tiger "palace" type thing that they have had for a couple of years. Tiger Island at WoA was a show and I would bet that it will be the same at GAdv.
It was just passed the white tiger "palace" type thing. All it was is a new fenced in area with 2 White Tigers in it. Nothing too exciting.
I really can't see them putting in a show in the safari. That would mean that people would have to stop and get out of their cars. I don't think that they'd put a show with tigers in the theme park when they have the Safari next door.
