WHo's gonna pay 400 million a acre? Thats the kinda money Trump pays for downtown NY or Chicago real estate. No condo complex is gonna get a ROI on that plus building cost and property taxes. The land value is autoficially inflated reflecting FUTURE VALUE of the land based soley on SUCCESS of HRP.

I'm not even sure what you're talking about now. As for Myrtle Beach, I do not feel that it is over saturated with condos, in fact, part of the problem the city faces is not enough rooms, but why that has anything to do with the fact that you keep saying that the Hard Rock Park is going where Magic Harbor is is beyond me.(it is not going where Magic Harbor is, Magic Harbor's site is at least 5 driving miles from Hard Rock Park).
