dude still that was good but scaryYou really think Dragster's train would derail at the top of the hill and the riders would live to tell about it?
Dude, I was there, It was awesome, We bounced off the top of one of the Paddlewheel excursion boats and skipped a few times before landing on the island. A couple people got a few metal shards. Im sure they will sue. We are lucky to be alive
Chuck, who just took the most awesome ride of his life off of TTD. Rollback, Pfft!
I'm going to be really embarrassed if Adam's "collage" with "mor adcanced" classes turns out to be my institution.

You know, sometimes I worry about the future: my 401k, Investments, retirement. Then I come here and see some of the posts and I think, with these kids running the country I won't need to worry about retirement because I won't live long enough to get to retire. Would it make you feel better if I said that I just graduated college in engineering, paid for college myself and am not in debt, am successfully married, own my car (paid off), parents only paid for one quarter of school (the quarter when I got married, paid for my own wedding too), I'm only 22 (23 on 6/22) AND I'm an engineer that can spell? Sorry for tooting my own horn, but I gotta defend my generation a little, right? I can't blame you for blasting the poor grammar/spelling though. Drives me nuts not to spend 15 more seconds spell checking. Grr...
Anyway, back on topic, cranes =/= new ride every time. Stop theorizing and go outside enjoy the nice weather (and hopefully a nice coaster)! If you're in the Cincy area, come play disc golf!

Seriously though, I honestly don't understand people these days. I go to a high school where my seminar (homeroom teacher) is an Algebra 1 math teacher, his students highest grades are C's. He's not a hard teacher either, he will give them an A as long as they turn all their work, etc. I have found that when people are labeled stupid, it's not because they don't have the capacity to retain knowlege, it's because they have the ignorance not to retain knowlege.
Why are people from the lower class labeled "dumber" then people from upper class? Because they never had the oppurtunity to benefit from a great education.
From reading this site, I am beginning to realize how lucky I am and how unfair the world is to some people. Most people on this site spell well, have college degrees, and have made a life for themselves from scratch. Those people truly understand maturity better than those who haven't I guess.
My point is, I really can't lash out at Adam Force or YoungDumb or whatever but at the same time I can. On one end of the spectrum, maybe they aren't successful in school so maybe they can't type properly or carry on good conversation, then again it's their own ignorance with a good chunk of social poverty that's helping them along. But that can always change of course.
Being a 15 year old kid, mildly mature, I want to say that people will make fun of you for being dumb and not typing right or will think your a nobody or have nothing to offer because of your age or knowlege level or whatever. Don't pay attention to them, but don't feed them either.
Basically don't be ignorant kids, just type a sentence they way you were taught, don't tell me you don't want to take time or your too stupid or whatever, because that's all bull****. Don't try to be better than anyone here either, because they got you by a mile.
Just do what your asked and you'll be fine.
Type a sentence correctly, and no matter how dumb it sounds to some of us, at least will respect you for sharing your opinion in a coherent way. :)
Don't lash out at me for this either, please. I am just trying to help. I figured instead of making fun, I would try and explain it to these kids in a way where they might not be ignorant towards me. :)
Thanks,
Kyle

What makes me sad is that you seem smarter than the students I teach. (I teach at 2 universities!)
But, point well made, and point well taken. Sadly those that need it wouldn't get it. (See BGW thread or any started by Jaychillerwhatever)
Now, back to your regularly scheduled CP crap. I'll get us started.... Dragster rulez...kinda crap sucks...... ;)
Oh, and the cranes are used to tug on Magnum a little bit to prevent it from sinking(more). This is done about every three weeks.

I just wish I was a little book smarter, I'm kind of droppin the ball there. :(
Anyway, didn't a credible rumor site state awhile back that a new rollercoaster might go in the back wild west section of the park by the water rides? :) *** Edited 6/8/2005 1:46:48 AM UTC by Kyle Fobe***

Come on, now that would assume some kind of knowledge that there are other countries out there. (Eye-rack? what ride is that on? E-gypped? Yeah, the guy at the Dippin' Dots stand gave me the wrong change. You-crane? Must be there to put up that new ride).
And everyone knows what they're really doing is pumping the water from Sandusky Bay into Lake Erie to make the park larger.
Now back towards the subject. I do not see any reason as to why they would ever remove Thunder Canyon. That part of the park seems to have the plenty of room for expansion already. Not to mention they could just pull a PKI and remove the Antique Cars for more room.
