Our expectations are set too high, so anything below the quality that RCT2 was (or the mass quantities of items in RCT3 & the freedom of building the "extended coaster" in RCT3), will just be compared to as "sub-par" or lacking.
I don't know how much entertainment value it really has. It's gotten mixed reviews from "average" to "great"... but are the mini-games actually fun? How much customization to you really get to do in the game?
It's promising, but I think I'll wait until it hits $19.99 before I pick it up.
