Three new Six Flags Ohio videos composed and posted

Posted Saturday, January 27, 2001 11:00 AM | Contributed by Matthew Baughman

I have created my first three videos ever of Six Flags Ohio. The three featured videos are Superman: Ultimate Escape, Batman Knight Flight and an overall Six Flags Ohio experience! They are all under 5 MB and are around 1:30 in length.

I can't get those movies to play. It is just a black screen and doesn't progress forward at all. What's wrong??

Sorry, everyone...I'm a big MPG fan myself. Like I said though "my first ever" I'm experimenting with the size of the clips and for some reason the program (if I make it an MPG) messes it up under 5mb. Believe me...I hate avi too ;-) I'm working on it though for all of you! Thanks!

Matthew.....

Just to let you know the reason people cant play them is because you cant stream off of Homestead....

Solution: Make it into a Zip File, and everything will work fine :)

I had the same problem with my movies, and most providers like homestead, tripod, etc. wont allow the streaming of the movie (download as you view) so you have to make it into a ZIP, and the viewers have to download it fully, than view.

Get it? If you have any questions, just ask.

Actually it's not homestead for the reason people can't play them. I have them programed to be streamed. Homestead does have streaming capability, but you have to upload them and post them differently. I know homestead isn't the fastest server (who doesn't) but I have hundreds of succesful attempts from hundreds of people so far, but for the few who are having problems, I aim to please and am getting ready to upload them a few to a faster server for you. As for the zip, those will be in the next upload :c)
