Take this as constructive critcism.
I found your site to be a bit difficult to navigate. The amount of "information" present on the bottom of the first page is a bit overwhelming (ie. too much for the eyes to focus on at once.) The content is pretty good, but it is just extremely difficult to navigate (especially to a first time visitor to the site).
