Third party wants Hard Rock action, Hard Rock International wants brand pulled

Coastal Entertainment LLC filed an objection to the sale of the park to FPI MB Entertainment LLC and made an offer for it, although details about the offer were not included in the document. Also Monday, Hard Rock Cafe International objected to the sale because it wants to make sure the license to use its brand name doesn't transfer to the new owner.
