Thinking about new coasters in school...

I had trouble concentrating in school today. I've been working on a dueling shuttle coaster (similar to The Chiller), and I just cannot get it to work. So I spent history class trying to think of a better design. I do this alot though, trying to think of new coasters in school. Like contemplating how to make my new hyper more exciting. Anyone else ever distracted in school by thoughts of new coaster designs? Study hall is great for coaster designing, the way Ron Toomer probably started out... ;)
Andrew, you are not alone. I have caught myself designing several coasters in class. I designed a really wicked racing Impluse Coaster in class the other week. But here lately I have put all my attention into creating a wooden coaster (my own design) that I am going to build into a model very soon. So you are not alone.
Same here.  Except, all my friends pick on me cause they know how into coasters I am.  Just another weakness for the other people to pick on.  Haha.  They are good kids though.

hopes you enjoyed the Dahlonega Mine Train.
Today in Biology I doodled the X layout on my desk.  The teacher told the class not to right on the desk right before I did it.  Luckily he didn't see me.

I always daze off thinking of new coaster designs
Same here I always re live my favorite rides during class.
All the time, then I rush home to complete my creations on RCT.
That happens to me every single day. I can't help it when my teachers are just so boring that I have to think about the most exciting things in the world to stay awake. I always think about how awesome the MF'er is or what X will be like. I also think about what a 4000 ft coaster would be like. Or how to calculate G-forces in a design.
Last year, I always looked out the window of the class (I was in a portable and right next to the window) and I always pretended there was a coaster there and watched it go through the track, lol.

X is the best and it beats all da rest!...Coasterlicius!
Sometimes I doodle while waiting for something or when I'm finished, I draw all these swilry lines and try to think of a coaster. I've never been really distracted only once, I remember I doodled a lot on a piece of paper drawing a 300ft bm giga.

Today I was drawing prototype track types.  I got a prototype that kinda looks like B&M but the spine is a pentagon, not square.

I just doodle...Nothing too complicated, just line drawings. Then all my friends sigh because I'm always doing that. :)

For my graphic arts class, I'm accually designing a notepad with CCI's logo tinted in it. Who ever knew there was a way in school to involve coasters right into what your doing? (excluding physics, of course.)

Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?
