Things that make you think of coasters

What are things that make you think of coasters?? One thing that reminds me of coasters is on my School Bus. Usually I sit at the front of the bus. It's pretty gentle at the front but there is some slight turns to make you fall down. One day I remember there were no empty seats on the bus and I had to sit at the very very back of the bus. It started out normal until we went downhill. I remember the bus went really fast.  I saw a little hump on the road. I looked at it as it was getting closer.  Bang! I remember I flew off my seat (Airtime) and I felt that stomach coming out of your mouth feeling. It was pretty fun but the bus didn't have any seatbelts so It was a bit out of control. That was the biggest airtime I have ever felt. None of the coasters I've been on have had loads of air time like when I sat at the back of my school bus.

Yeah, I love riding at the back of the bus from my place to the train station. There is a street with two huge hills, it's almost like the real deal. Plus there are loads of airtime speedbumps.

Other things are tall buildings, there is one 30 storey aparment building that reminds me of Millennium Force & Steel Dragon 2000. I look up them & think; "Damn, that's tall!" When it comes to the 1000ft Sydney Tower, don't even ask :). Then there is the Harbour Bridge, about 450ft tall, a bit taller than S:TE.

I love taking off in planes, it's similar to S:TE, except the acceleration is not as powerful & it doesn't stop at 100mph, but over 200mph. Plus I watch the altimeter on the TV screen & when we're 1000ft up, I think "Mmmm, one day. There is the Stratosphere Tower anyway." I'm not too keep on landings as the plane sways all over the place & it feels like it's gonna flip over.

Other things are trains, VFTs (Very Fast Trains as in France & Japan - 200mph, world record 320mph,) boats (anyone been extreme boating?) & a whole lotta others I can't recall right now.

Turbulance on planes I really enjoy, much to the distress of the people around me!
School bus, yeah, done that one SO many times. The only time I have been glad of road-works.
Aeroplanes, take-off is cool, landing cool also, banking mid-flight is the tops! Especiall when you can see the ground tipping under you. I love that!

"'cos you know, it's strange! You stand in a library and go "AAAAARRRRGGGHHHH" and everyone just kinda stares at you, but if you do the same thing on a aeroplane everyone joins in!"

My dad's driving:) When we go down this certian stretch of back road, he hits these small hills, can you say Airtime City?

There's this road that runs perpendicular to my street. It has this level section right in the middle of it so when you go up the hill and over the flat section you get some nice floater air

Back when I was young, I used to like to raise the tailgate on my father's old pickup truck. The little chain supporting it would rattle and remind me of a coaster lift hill.

When my cousin and I were driving in San Francisco going on the steep hills and also going down the steep angled streets that go down to the bay.

There's a storage lot down the street from where I work, where the City of Pittsburgh stores things like lamp and sign posts, and the like.  Every time I pass it, I can't help but think about how much they look like coaster supports and rails.

My page  My other page  And my coaster page
Well, there is this one spot on this street down from where my friend lives.  Everytime I drop him off at his house, I go down the street, rev up the speed a little (within reason of course ;)) and hit this area where the street takes a sudden downslope.  It gives a little airtime and gives that "negative-g" feeling in my stomach.  My wife and I love that area on the street there.  It always reminds me of a coaster.  :)

Something else reminds me of coasters are...actual coasters!  ;)

That game crazy taxi, when I start going all over the plac eup and down the hills. it;s a stretch I know but the game is fast paced insanity if you;re good and many coasters are fast paced insanity
Question marks remind me of Riddlers Revenge!!!

B&M King of Coasters!

One of the more obvious ones is the name of a coaster. For example, if somebody said "I saw Superman on TV", the first thing I would think would be "SFA has a new commercial?!"

When I'm driving in a hilly area, I have this compulsive tendancy to accelerate hard over the tops of hills. I've gotten my dad to start doing this, too.

Knowing others is intelligence, knowing yourself is true wisdom.
Mastering others is strength, mastering yourself is true power.

The ice machine and coolers at work. I know it sounds wierd, but they will kick in and start to making some strange sounds, lots of the sounds remind me of some of the strange sounds rides make sometimes. Especially the ice machine. Some electrical wire towers look like the supports for MF.

I've also been told being a passenger with me driving is a highly rated thrill, the response is harsh, although I don't do it on purpose. Also, it's funny, there's a rollercoaster strip of rode in every town, it's great, some bridges and parking garages are fun, too.

when im driving on the freeway, and i look down at the spedometer...if im going 85mph, i think 'hey, this is how fast Goliath goes!" stupid really...
When I am downtown, the parking ramps remind of of Chance Taboggans, even though I've never ridden one (they look boring, uncomfortable, and unsafe because I see them only at carnivals.)

Hey, SFGAm management, can I buy a couple cages of Sky Whirl?

When I go on my friend's pegs on his bike, it scares the hell outta me, but it is just like a roller coaster. That is, a stand-up coaster with no restraints!

Going to school in the morning. My drive starts off going up a pretty good incline. Then it is a race down several short hills and hair pin turns (its great) then it is a straight away followed by a few camel hills. It is not excatly a coaster but it is fun. At School they have huge lights up , the poles remained me the supports for Raging Bull. In my physics class we talk about gravity and how G forces effect the body. My day is full of thoughts about rollercoasters.
This Cool Building in Downtown Dallas, thatreminds me of a HUGE B&M Vertical drop coaster, Its Cool!!!
