Way cool and what advertisment for our small park favorite, Holiday World!
Chuck, who wonders if he can run the game on his system

Is it about coasters or friends? I say both!

It sounds kind of like a cross between HR & RCT to me,and once again like RCT2 it isn't available for win95 users!
I think I'm gonna write some of these game programmers and ask that they be a bit more considerate to the milions of win95 users that are still out there but for now I'm satisfied with HR.
Well, at least this isn't like the new one that's by the same creators of Rollercoaster Factory (Valusoft) ;)
But along the same lines... this bad-boy is $30.00!! That means that either you're really getting screwed with a bad game this time and they wanna stick it to you... or this sucker came out of no-where and will shock the enthuisasts with a quality product!
Did you read the minimum system requirements?
+ P3 500
+ 128mb RAM recommended
+ 32mb 3D Video Card
+ 175 megs free space
That's pretty heafty for a new-comer to the world. Those specs are probably one of the most demanding yet for the coaster creating community!!
Batwing Fan,
Why do you expect software/game companies to support an operating system that is so old that the developer of the OS doesn't even support it anymore? In fact, as of 12/31/02 you will not even be able to get eSupport for Win95. See http://www.microsoft.com/windows/lifecycleconsumer.mspx

I have another "Global Star" game, and it is horrible. I was running it on a 600 MHz machine with 512 mb memory, and the animation was choppy, at best. They give very little support, and their manuals are terrible. The game didn't play at all like the manuals said it should...
Just do your homework before you buy this. It may be better, it may not...
I'm not going to spend the $30 on it, that's for sure!
