I've heard references from coaster enthusiasts several times about the RRC. Not being too much "in the know" on all things coaster-related, could somebody please explain what, exactly, is the RRC? And do they have a website?

Its Rec.Roller-Coaster. The first and original coaster discussion usegroup. Its highly undermoderated and there is a lot of noise on it. It doesn't have a site, but you can see it by using Outlook Express or some other newgroup viewer.

I would add that it's a group on Usenet, which is another portion of the Internet. It works by news servers that exchange posts and propagate all over the world. It's totally decentralized so it's not controlled by anyone.

You can access groups on Google.
