The Removal of Viper at SFoG

As many of you know, the Viper's last day of operation is September 16th.

Personally, I'm quite upset about this. The last Schwarzkopf Shuttle Loop on the East Coast..gone...

Why tear down a fantastic coaster? I compare the Viper Launch to the FoF Launch..both are exhilarating!

This of course leads to speculation by the Enthusiast community. Rumors have been pointing to Vekoma or Intamin Package deals.

If it is a Vekoma deal? We got Deja Vu, people are guessing a Flying Dutchman.

Intamin Package? I'd be happier. A hyper or Impulse.

I have mixed feelings though. While a Hyper or something new would be great, I'm sad to see this great ride go. Call me crazy, but I think I would rather keep Viper than get a Flying Dutchman.

BTW, I will be seriously p*ssed if they get a Impulse. Getting rid of a shuttle for a shuttle? No.

Getting rid of a shuttle for a shuttle. Already happend. At SFoG, they are getting rid of Viper after getting Deja Vu. I think the only right thing to do is return Tidal Wave to it's home.

Personally, I would love to see the Viper replace the Whirlwind at Knoebels... that park needs a good steel coaster, and that Vekoma split corkscrew just doesn't cut it. I have never been on a Schwarzkopf shuttle before, and I would love to ride one!

Or they could give it to a struggling park.

YES!! it could replace Shockwave!! doesnt Six Flags have ANY idea how BELOVED Tidal Wave was and still is?? i STILL miss it everytime i go there...please please please send it home to us at SFGAM!!!
