The Heat of Wildfire

WEll guys, i just came back from silver dollar city. got to ride the wildfire. what a cool ride! you first go in a inventors lab, and see a huge glass thing filled with the wildfire fuel, then you get on the train. when the brakes are released these fog machines blow fog over your head. then you go up the lift hill and see the beautiful view of the ozarks, then drop down a 15 story drop into a huge inmen roll, then into a loop, then into this cobra roll that just barely misses the observation area. after the cobra roll in go into a corkscrew and a killer helix. then into the brakes. short ride but fast and smooth.its one of the b&m scream machine you dont want to miss......

It's exciting to hear about new rides, and I was excited to see a trip report from SDC. I think we can gather from this that Wildfire is... good. Wow, who saw that coming?
I just got back from SDC too. WildFire exceeded my expectations. I rode it 3 times. The 115 ft. drop gives a complete feeling of weightlessness and propels you in to the 1/2loop-1/2roll with full force. A+ ride.
Cool!!! I've been surfing Coasterbuzz for about an hour now waiting for a Wildfire report, so thanx for the info!

Myself and some friends will be going this Saturday, April 7. How crowded was Wildfire, and for those of you who are SDC regulars how crowded do you think it will be on Sat.? We hope to get a few good rides in.

Also, a general SDC question: How does season pass processing work? Should I plan on getting there plenty of time before opening or is it pretty fast?
well for opening day the longest time we had to wait for, was for a train. now on saturday, it will be one of the busy days, so i say try to go on a wed, or thurs. for the best ride times... and for season passes, it takes a min. its not like six flags where you wait an hour.

I'd love to go on a weekday, but I live ~2 hrs away and being in school makes it hard to just take off for an entire afternoon/evening. But I will be up there at least one weekday before the end of May.
I always here people complaining about their season passes taking ages, but with my tussauds group pass it cuts down my queing time especially at Alton Towers!
The first drop and the diving loop are great and the station is themed very nicely. Did anybody else who has riden Wildfire keep getting stopped by an employee whom was paranoid about people not securing all loose items before riding? He stopped me and my friends about 4 or 5 times, got to where we wished we had some bowling balls or anvils or something with us to try to jokingly ask if we could take them on the coaster just to see the guy freak out:)

Jimbo who thinks SDC is an aquired taste, like coffee Wolgamuth
Wow!! Wildfire sounds like one heck on a ride!!! Does anybody have pics of it?
