The Great American Amusement Park

Is it going to open this weekend? I haven't heard anything yet whether it is or isn't???

The last news I heard was from Chuck Nugster who said that the park would open June 6th. Chuck called the park and inquired. He mentioned also that they answered the phone saying "LeSourdville Lake, The Great American Amusement Park".

I went by the park today and they were turning people away because they were not open yet! They had two guys painting the park sign (Big one in front) and it in fact said LeSourdville Lake! Park looks great from what I could see. Fresh, bright paint colors and everything. I can't wait.

I suggest we call it Lesourdsvile Lake as it used to be and as they now answer the phone, I did post a few places and they did indeed say June 6th with their normal operation hours Thurs-Sunday opening at noon.

Chuck, who only just now seen that that post on RRC took because his news reader didn't pick it up!
