The Future of Rivertown (PKI)

With the placement of Tomb Raider into Rivertown, do you think we'll see a re-theming of the area into a new "Adventure Village" or something similar?

The reason I ask is because Rivertown has become "watered down" through the years - beginning with the removal of the water under the beast station. I would be all for a complete makeover for Rivertown because I think it's important to have some consisitancy in your themed areas. I don't think that's possible without a Rivertown revamp.

Try telling that one to Six Flags.....LOL!  SF Great America in Gurnee is a prime example of hodge podge themeing.   To truly understand this pay attention to Yankee Harbor which has Batman and some Gotham City themeing, also has V2, and sort of has lost some of its luster as a fishing town.  Then also pay attention to Yukon Territory, which is home to 2 kiddie areas that really dont fit into the themeing in anyay, one being Looney Tunes National Park (which sort of by naming fits the theme of the area), and Camp Cartoon Network (which defies all themeing abilities.)

Paramount is more concerned with the overall movie theme than any existing themes at the parks they bought. I think this is unfortunate though. I don't think there will ever be a theme revamp.

Hodgepodge theming is the order of the day at most parks...but ROLLERGATOR will fix that problem...sooner than you think!
