I'm an elementary school teacher and when I was in my school library the other day I noticed something interesting. There is a book named "The Beast" by R.L. Stine (he is the man who wrote the popular Goosebumps books for kids. Anyway, looking at the book, I noticed a picture of a roller coaster with the Beast's logo. Yes, this book actually takes place at PKI and is about "The Beast." It also has references to The Vortex, the Eifel Tower, and other PKI attractions.
Anyway, I checked it out and read it. It is about 135 pages long and it is pretty fun reading (for a kid's book). It is a story about a ghost who haunts the Beast at night. Two kids get locked into the park and there ends up being a pretty interesting time traveling story. Anyway, I thought it was interesting and would recommend that any Beast fans try to find it. I actually got involved in the story and read it all in one sitting.
Has anyone else ever seen this book?
My daughter has this book and loved it!
